Upper Elementary Guide
Ever since Odette was a child, she has wanted to help others overcome their challenges and live the very best life they can. She graduated college in 2024 with a bachelor's in psychology and has been working ever since to fulfill that childhood dream. She has worked with kids from ages 2-20, always striving to meet them on their own level and push them to grow beyond their struggles. Odette loves to learn from her students too, and approaches every child she meets with honesty and compassion.

Lower Elementary Guide

I earned my Master of Education in Germany in 2011 and then worked for a decade as an elementary school teacher in Bavaria. After my family and I moved to the U.S. in 2021, I worked as a substitute teacher and an assistant teacher at a public Montessori School in South Carolina. Now I homeschool both our daughters and they attend Meadow Hill. I am incredibly excited to support all your children and become part of the family!

Spanish Guide 

I was born in Mexico, studied Food Science and worked at an International Agricultural Research Center until I moved to the United States to be a full-time wife and mother. My husband and I live in a small farm, homeschool our five children and  produce some of our food. I love gardening and learning new homesteading skills.

To me, all languages are beautiful and speaking more than one opens opportunities to communicate with a lot of new people. I am currently translating living books into Spanish to give the opportunity to Spanish speaking families to have good quality Literature to educate their children at home.

Laura Tasker has been dancing since 2008 and teaching since 2014. Although most experienced in ballet, jazz, tap, and modern/contemporary she has also explored historical dances and danced abroad. Laura is most passionate about sharing and cultivating a love for dance in her students.
Laura is married to Nathan, and is a mama to three sweet girls. She loves Jesus and enjoys spending lots of time with family, good stories in any form, eating chocolate, and drinking coffee!
